Welcome to Store Crafters. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our program and the joint venture partnership model described herein. By applying to or collaborating with Store Crafters, you agree to these legal terms.
1. Program Overview & Joint Venture
Store Crafters operates as a program provider and backend management partner. We do not sell courses or mentoring. Our model is a performance-based joint venture (JV) where we provide the store infrastructure and ongoing operational support.
2. Revenue Share Agreement
In exchange for our build services and backend management, Store Crafters retains exactly 10% of the gross revenue generated by the store engine deployed for the partner. This revenue share is calculated and settled on a monthly basis according to the specific cycle protocols.
3. Build Cycle & Deployment
The 2026 Build Cycle follows a 60+ stage deployment system. Store Crafters maintains full control over the technical architecture and operational engine to ensure stability and scale. Partners are responsible for providing deployment capital as agreed upon during the application process.
4. Confidentiality & NDA
All joint venture operations, including store infrastructure, backend strategies, and proprietary engine protocols, are strictly confidential. Both parties are bound by the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed at the start of the partnership.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Store Crafters delivers battle-tested protocols, commercial success is subject to market conditions. We are not liable for losses encountered due to external economic factors or partner-controlled variables. Our 10% revenue share model aligns our interests directly with your growth.
6. Termination
Partnership termination must follow the procedures outlined in the individual joint venture contract. Store Crafters reserves the right to cease management if operation protocols are violated or if capital deployment requirements are not met.
